Human Rights are universal, and civil, political, economic, social and cultural rights belong to all human beings. But reality is that minorities are excluded from their rights in many ways. Shanti Mitra works for promoting and protecting human rights of minorities through some activities. These are below-
- Providing monthly stipend for adolosent girls from minority communities to access their rights of education.
- Develop center of human rights and conduct regular session on child rights and human rights for adolosent girls.
- Awarness sessions, workshops, trainings on human rights for the community people
- Arrange dialogue session among advocates, journalist and community people.
